Jack is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from Wyoming Air National Guard after 30+ years of service. He served as Superintendent of the Veterans’ Home of Wyoming in Buffalo for 34+ years. He holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and completed course work in Health Care Administration through Weber State College. His past volunteer service included serving as Chairman of the local school board; President of the Wyoming School Boards Association; President of the National Association of State Veterans Homes. Current volunteer activities include serving as Chairman of the Sheridan College in Johnson County Advisory Board; Board of Directors of the Marna M. Kuehne Foundation; Department of Health Aging Advisory Council; Business Manager of the National Association of State Veterans Homes; President of the Johnson County Community Resource Center; and President of the Area Council of Wyoming Boys and Girls Clubs. He also continues to run the clock at Buffalo High School boys and girls basketball games and has for the last 36 years.
