OVERVIEW

Green House Living for Sheridan Nurses are responsible for all nursing skills including assessment, care planning, evaluations and providing nursing care.
They are members of the Clinical Support Team (CST) and work as a teacher, mentor and partner with Shahbazim (CNA’s), therapists, the social worker, dietitian, physician, activity professional, and food service manager. They are responsible for all nursing roles and responsibilities within his/her scope of practice while practicing as a Gerontological Nurse.
Nurses support two Green House homes (24 Elders) depending on the Elder’s needs and the time of the day. The Clinical Support Team Nurse interacts with all staff in a manner that is respectful and collaborative.
